After years of studying and working with the human body, I founded Amena’s Tree to support pregnant people in feeling informed, confident, and prepared for birth. My work focuses on education, advocacy, and calm, personalized support—helping you understand your body, navigate birth with clarity, and trust yourself throughout the process.
Amena’s Tree was created with a deep commitment to supporting Black women and families, who too often face fear, misinformation, and unequal care during pregnancy and childbirth. My goal is to provide tools and guidance that help reduce anxiety, build confidence, and support empowered birth experiences.
